日本: the cat cafe

Does this require an entire entry? Probably not, but a lot of people asked me about it, so here it is! We went to a cat cafe in Ikebukuro called Cat Cafe Nekorobi. In case you’re never heard of a cat cafe, they are basically cafes where you can hang out, get drinks, and play with cats. Japanese people don’t have a lot of space, so a cat cafe lets them get some cat love without actually owning a pet.

WARNING! THIS ENTRY IS ENTIRELY PHOTOS OF CATS AND NOTHING ELSE!

This cat was my favourite, but he didn’t really like me.

If you like petting cats (I do), this place was amazing.

Cat feet!

You could also play Wii if you wanted… but why would you? CATS TO PET!

I didn’t include a photo of it, but there was a table with a computer and a guest book with markers and stuff. There was also a book about each cat in the cat cafe, so you could read about them (in Japanese) and see photos of them from kittenhood until now. So cute!

I warned you.

And even the mirror was shaped like a cat.
