I’m currently in the Maple Leaf Lounge at YYZ. I like coming here in the afternoon because they have soup! For some reason, the soup delights me with its existence.

The lounge is pretty empty and I think it’s time for a latte.

I MEANT for this to be a travel blog, but I seem to be posting about food more than anything so far. Maybe I shouldn’t write when I’m hungry.

I’m going to Washington, DC tomorrow and I just found a restaurant that serves some of my favourite Spanish food. (Um, how much do I love patatas bravas? Let me count the ways! Okay, there’s a lot of ways. Maybe millions.)

I was in Barcelona earlier this year and fell in love with pintxos. There’s nothing better than getting to eat a lot of tiny different things. LOVE! If you ever find a place in Toronto that serves pintxos, let me know.
